Fitness
The next step after swimming lessons is to build the fitness and speed of the swimmer, without sacrificing techniqueBuilding athletes
We build fitness by increasing the duration, intensity and volume of the sessions. The minimum squad session is 60 minutesRacing

Long Course
Elite and Olympic level competitions are held in 50m swimming pools50m olympic training

It's important to be fit both in-the-water and out of it, we run regular dry-land sessions as well as pre and post pool conditioningLand training
Swimming is non-weight bearing and as such, we complement it with a dry-side programme to ensure well-rounded development and prevent injury
