All of our items are manufactured on-demand. This means that there is no excess stock being stored, which reduces the carbon footprint of our shop. Additionally, we have selected partners to work with us who are primarily based within the European Union. This means strict adherence to working rights as well as European and UK carbon emissions.

Unfortunately, Typhoon (like many businesses) are experiencing slower delivery of our products due to Covid-19. As a small independent business, we really appreciate your patience in waiting that bit longer to get hold of your exciting new gear!

Each product has an “Additional Information” area, which includes a size chart for the specific item. Always refer to the size chart for each individual item. Our products are made to order, so there can be differences between sizes for two different products – this will always be reflected in the size chart, so always check this before adding to your basket.

Please note that not all of our clothing is in standard UK sizes specifically the Tween/Teen selection.

In the rare case that an order is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient is yet to receive it – please contact us once you are certain it hasn’t been left in an alternate place on your property. We will try and find out what has happened to your order

You should allow up to 14 working days for orders to arrive back to us, but we process them the same day they arrive

We process returns/exchanges the same day they arrive back with us. Refunds are usually automatic but can take up to 14 days to appear in your account

It is very difficult to recommend which size to purchase as each person has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel. Our items are regular fitting, so we recommend taking this into consideration when placing your order. You can find size guides on our product pages to help you with your decision

What are your product disclaimers?2020-11-20T19:12:21+00:00

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odour you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle

You may notice some discolouration or off-white residue on your clothing. Don’t worry, these are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our clothing is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem
